La Table Ronde de Saint-Léonard

Who are we?

An essential resource for feeding families,
La Table Ronde de Saint-Léonard has been contributing for over 20 years to building a fairer and more supportive society.

History

Founded on November 25, 2002, the organization was established with the mission of providing an alternative to emergency food assistance.

Initially, the organization served low-cost meals to its members. However, the community’s needs have continued to increase, with a growing number of Saint-Léonard residents seeking support from La Table Ronde.

Today, in addition to offering quality meals at affordable prices at the community restaurant, through our partnership with La Cantine pour tous, we provide an affordable school catering service, giving children in participating schools access to healthy, balanced, and nutritious lunches.

The organization also offers catering services to local organizations, delivers frozen meals to people with reduced mobility, offers cooking workshops, and much more.

Our mission

La Table Ronde de Saint-Léonard mission is to address the community’s food security needs by providing a complement and an alternative to emergency food assistance.

Our services particularly target disadvantaged, isolated, or dependent individuals, as well as seniors, children, adults, and immigrants.

La Table Ronde de Saint-Léonard is also a place of belonging, sharing, and exchange for individuals who are alone, families, and new immigrants.
