The workshops at La Table Ronde de Saint-Léonard are parent-child activities (for children aged 5 and under).
These activities help children develop healthy eating habits. During the sessions, children practice handling kitchen tools while working on their fine motor skills.
Parents learn tips to incorporate into their daily routine to improve meal quality, as well as to develop their culinary skills. We emphasize to parents the importance of fostering their children’s autonomy and encouraging the development of healthy habits in the kitchen.
They support vulnerable families and residents of the Saint-Léonard neighborhood through cooking workshops. A kitchen overflowing with healthy ideas, recipes, and little tips to share.
Collective kitchens provide various groups with specific needs the opportunity to take ownership of their living environment.
This project aims to improve the living conditions of the participants’ families by helping them develop a social network that supports their integration.
